Karen Y Smith, started Heavenly Touch Wellness in 2008. Karen's love for wellness and total well being lead her to offering the IonSpa foot detox. Karen has been offering therapeutic foot detox treatments to family and friends since 2006 - shortly after she was first introduced to the treatment at an expo in Charlotte, NC. Karen has also taken her love for wellness a step farther. Karen is a September 2008 graduate of the Whole You School of Massage and Bodywork in Rutherfordton, NC and holds a National Certification in Therapeutic Massage & Bodywork (NCBTMB# 565935-08) and is licensed to practice massage in the state of NC(LMBT# 8755). Karen expanded the practice effective March 1, 2009 to include Massage Therapy and other natural wellness services.
Karen attended North Carolina A&T State University and North Carolina Wesleyan College, and holds a degree in Business Administration. Karen resides in Raleigh, NC and is the proud mother of an 15 year old son named Sean.
